Postage and Terms

All orders to Ireland, Channel Island and remote areas with the following postcodes (IM, HS, ZE) are subject to additional delivery charges as necessary and appropriate. Please contact us via email with your name, address, telephone number, product order details, email address prior to purchase of items.

Despatch of Orders:

Many of our products are handmade to order and will usually be despatched by second class royal mail delivery or as a packet between 3 – 5 working days of your order being placed & after receipt of payment in full. You will be informed in writing if any item is out of stock or unusually delayed.

Special Delivery

Additionally if you require any orders urgently by special delivery or recorded 1st class please contact us for this additional service which will be subject to additional postal charges.

International postage rates:

We normally ship within the UK, however for any international postage outside UK please contact us with

· Individual postage prices are given for each item, based on weight.

· Postage costs are shown individually for each item, and will be amended at checkout so you only pay for the heaviest item up to 2kg. These costs include for delivery by Airmail, International Signed For or Airsure, depending on the value of the item. Over 2kg prices are given for courier delivery.

Credit/Debit Card Security:

Our site does not store any sensitive customer information. All credit/debit card details are taken by Googlecart and are secured by 128-encrypted sessions.

Shopping by Mail Order:

We understand that some of our customers prefer not to shop online, therefore, we are happy to accept mail orders, please telephone for details.

Payment of Goods:

Googlecart accept most major credit/debit cards. We understand that some of our customers prefer not to shop with Googlecart so if you prefer Paypal we would be happy to accept that. If you prefer to use paypal please email us with your order, we will reply with an order number and postage details as appropriate. Please write this order number, name, address, telephone number, product order details,email address prior to purchase of items and we will send you an invoice via paypal.

-The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

-Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

-The identification of a pricing or product description error

-You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

-If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us.

-We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information, Stipulate a delivery address that is on your credit/debit card. Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Privacy Policy:

When you place an order, we ask for your name, email address and delivery/invoice address. Without this information we will be unable to process your order. We ask for a contact telephone number in case there is a query or problem with your order. We do not make your details available to any other company. The information that you provide will not be passed to any third party except in the circumstances where we will need to despatch your order.(e.g. Couriers).

We may add your information to our mailing list so from time to time you can receive information with regard to new products & offers that we hold on a regular basis. If you would like to opt out from this please let us know, Via our Contact Us page.

When you place an order with Tranquil Gifts Online you are giving us your consent to use your information as described above. Information with regards to this policy are frequently updated & amended.

Refunds and Returns:

If for any reason you decide to return unopened goods we will give you a full refund of your products. However, the goods must be returned to us, in the same condition you received them, within 7 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned goods that are unused in anyway and in a saleable condition. The original post and packaging costs will not be refundable. We will ask you to return the items safely at your expense and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please include your name, address, telephone number, order ID number, email address and the reason for return plus details of the exchange you require.

If we receive incomplete, damaged or used items we may either not refund you or make further reductions to the amount we refund to you at our discretion. We cannot refund or exchange an opened or used item unless it is faulty. Please note due to hygiene reasons we will not be able to accept returns for earrings purchased from us.

Although we take every measure to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition, there may be instances beyond our control where goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. If this is the case, any damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days by email of receipt to instigate a replacement being sent once the original item has been returned to us in an unused condition. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address and the reason for return plus details of the exchange product you require using the Royal Mail / International Recorded Delivery Service at any post office Worldwide. We will aim to replace your goods but if this is not possible we will refund you for the item. Refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods in accordance with the terms outlined above. Should the product arrive with incomplete type/quantity you must inform us, by email, within 3 days of receipt to instigate a replacement being sent once the original item has been returned to us in an unused condition. Please note that unfortunately postage cannot be refunded. We will make a full refund to your card when we receive the items back.

All Products that are customised in gift sets made specifically for you or that are personalised or have been custom made for you under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we are under no obligation to agree to such items being returned or refunds made.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct.

However while the colours and patterns of the products are a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser software or computer system. Please bear in mind that our due to having some products that are genuinely hand-made products in small quantities you may encounter some variation in size, colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders as no two products are exactly the same. Patch Testing / Safety:

Although our soap range products are all natural and handmade, it’s prudent to carry out a patch test prior to using any new product on your skin. At Tranquil Gifts Online we understand that certain people may have allergic reactions. So, although we sell natural products, and although they are tested rigorously before their approval, it is still important that if you have any redness, itching or skin irritation to one of our products, you discontinue using it immediately. Seek the advice of a GP if it doesn't go away reasonably quickly. Never Leave A Burning Candle, incense or incense cones Unattended! Keep all

burning candles, incense or incense cones away from children, pets and away from flammable objects.

Medical Claims:

Tranquil Gifts handmade products do not make any medical claims regarding any physical or therapeutic benefits to be gained by using our products.

Tranquil Gifts Online does not hold itself responsible for any allergic reactions that may be caused from the use of listed products within it's bathroom range or handmade products.

Please note it is your duty to ensure that candles and Incense sticks and cones are safely put off after use or handled safety around children from burns. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we will not be able to accept returns for earrings.
