Delivery/Shipping Policy.

All purchases will be dispatched, once payment has cleared, within 3 working days. If in the unlikely event this is not possible we will inform you with immediate effect by email of any delay. All items delivered within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail post or “recorded signed for”. All non-UK purchases will be sent by airmail, International signed for or Airsure. International signed for will require a signature on receipt and Airsure will be fully trackable.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation terms.

Here at Tranquil Gifts we are fully confident you will be more than happy with your purchase. We unfortunately are not able to refund for any products purchased from us.

Cancellation of your order can be made before dispatch. Once you order has been dispatched then your purchase price cannot be refunded. Please notify us within 3 days of purchase of your intent to cancel your orders.

Tranquil Gifts does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. We fully comply with the data protection laws applicable to the United Kingdom.
